Cristina Amorim is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including 16 years specializing in nursing and mental health. She has seen firsthand how stress, hormones, and life transitions can impact women’s health, energy, and overall well-being.
Cristina now focuses on helping women feel balanced, grounded, and in control of their health. She specializes in acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine principals to help support hormonal balance, improve sleep, reduce stress, and regulate the nervous system. Many of her clients come to her feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies—and leave feeling restored, more resilient, and empowered to thrive in their daily lives.
In addition to acupuncture, Cristina uses cupping, gua sha, and electro-acupuncture to address pain, tension, and musculoskeletal issues, helping her clients find relief and restore mobility naturally.
Combining her extensive nursing experience with acupuncture, Cristina offers personalized treatments designed to address the root causes of imbalance.
