Patricia provides empathic, non-judgmental and psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, addictions, depression, relationship problems and trauma, as well as identity and existential issues.

Patricia’s approach draws on a wide range of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on supporting clients in their efforts to understand the complex forces shaping their ‘ways of being’ and modify unhealthy or outdated patterns.

Patricia is available to see clients in-person at Vivid Health on Tuesdays and online Mondays through Thursdays.
